  • How do I Exchange/ Replace an item?

  • Can we return and get a refund for our product?
    We do not accept returns, we accept exchanges or replacement only incase you receive wrong or damaged product. *Find the form by scrolling to end
  • How much is the Shipping/Delivery cost?
    The delivery cost depends on the weight of the product. We offer Free Shipping on orders above Rs1500.
  • How do I track my order?
    After we dispatch the order, we always send an Email with the details of your shipment. Please check your mail for tracking number and link. If you haven’t received one please write us on info@agrocore.in
  • What payment options do you offer?
    You can pay for your orders in many ways: You can pay through Visa, Mastercard, DinersClub, RuPay, UPI. On the website customers can make payment using Debit/Credit cards, UPI, and Net banking.
  • Why can’t I place a COD order?
    We are currently not offering COD (Cash on Delivery).
  • How can I cancel my order?
    Order once placed cannot be cancelled.
